Phenomics Australia Strategic Partnerships Advisor Dr John Parisot attended BIO KOREA 2023 held in May (10-12) at the International Convention Center, COEX, Seoul, Republic of Korea.

This year Dr Parisot attended as a representative of the NCRIS Health Group on behalf of Phenomics Australia, Therapeutic Innovation Australia and Bioplatforms Australia; and The National Imaging Facility and Population Health Research Network.

He highlighted all of the capabilities available under the Australian NCRIS Health Group banner, with a particular focus on biotechnology and healthcare.

BIO KOREA offered a Conference to exchange the latest global biotechnology and healthcare industry information, a Business-partnering platform for discussing collaboration opportunities between companies/institutions; an Exhibition participated by major pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies and medical research institutions; and Invest Fair, providing investment pitch opportunities and networks to companies with high growth potential.

 The event was attended by almost 30,000 registrants, representing 730 companies from over 50 countries; of which the AusTrade delegation was represented by 40 companies and over 100 Australian attendees.

Since 2006, BIO KOREA has been holding the International Convention every year for invigorating and growing the global bio-health industry. Through various programs of BIO KOREA 2023 exchange the newest bio-health trends and technology as well as get the global expansion business opportunity with various international academics, professionals, and CEOs of the global bio-health field!
